§ 12.54.110. Records and reports.

  • A.

    Each certificate holder shall maintain at a single location business records of its horse-drawn carriage business. The records must be maintained in a manner approved by the commission director and contain the following information:

    1.

    An identification of the carriage used for each trip;

    2.

    The number of trips made by each carriage on a daily basis;

    3.

    An identification of the horse used for each trip and a statement of the periods of work and rest for each horse; and

    4.

    Any other information the commission director determines necessary for monitoring the activities, operations, service, and safety record of the licensee.

    B.

    A certificate holder shall make its records available for inspection by the commission director, commission inspector or designated officials.
