§ 12.76.160. Children loitering near railroad tracks—Parent or guardian responsibility.

  • It is unlawful for children, without a protector or guardian, to loiter in or about railroad depots, tracks, etc., and it shall be the duty of all parents or guardians of minor children, who have not arrived at the years of discretion, to prevent such children or wards from loitering in or about any railroad depot, etc.
