§ 13.12.040. Duty of property owner.

It shall be the duty of all persons owning property abutting on the streets in the metropolitan government area who make provision for vehicular access to and from streets and alleys and private properties, to give due consideration to the convenience, safety and requisite movement of pedestrian and vehicular traffic on the streets and alleys.
