§ 13.24.140. Construction work.

A.

No person or agency shall perform construction work or any kind of work incidental thereto in any park without a permit or under a contract with the board.

B.

No person shall erect or maintain projections on, over or under any park without first obtaining a permit therefor from the board, and upon such terms and conditions, and without making such compensation to the metropolitan government as the board may determine.
