§ 15.04.080. Categorical pretreatment standards.

"Categorical pretreatment standards" means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by EPA in accordance with sections 307(b) and (c) of the Act (33 U.S.C. section 1317) that apply to a specific category of users that appear in 40 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter N, Parts 405-471.
