§ 15.04.200. Industrial user.

"Industrial user" means a source of indirect discharge which does not constitute a "discharge of pollutants" under regulations issued pursuant to Section 402 of the Act. This term shall also include all dischargers of wastes having characteristics other than those of "domestic sewage" as defined in Section 15.04.140.
