§ 15.12.055. Council approval of fees and charges required.

No fee or charge shall be imposed, whether by agreement of the customer or otherwise, for the connection to any water main or sanitary sewer in Davidson County, including, but not limited to, tap fees, capacity charges or basin charges, unless the metropolitan council, by ordinance, has authorized the department of water and sewerage services to impose such a fee or charge for new connections.
