§ 15.12.180. Consumers furnishing water to other persons prohibited.

No consumer or customer, except with the written consent of the department previously obtained, shall be allowed to furnish water to other persons or property or allow such other persons to take it themselves. Any violation of this section shall be cause for the supply to be shut off and the water rate or water and sewerage rate already paid to be forfeited.
