§ 15.12.220. Right of entry when.

Properly authorized employees of the department shall have complete access to all parts of the premises of any consumer or customer at reasonable hours, for the purpose of checking the consumer's plumbing system or any other factors affecting the consumption of water or the use of sewerage services.
