§ 15.16.030. Permits restricted to licensed plumbers when.

Permits to lay water mains, install house services, set meters, build meter boxes, etc., and to repair and renew the same shall be granted only to regular licensed plumbers who have given bond as required by the laws of the metropolitan government.
