§ 15.16.090. Private mains—Installation supervised by inspector.

All work performed in the installation of private water mains shall be done in the presence of an authorized inspector of the department. Such inspector shall be appointed by the director and shall be paid by the owner of the pipe line at the prevailing rate of pay per day or fraction thereof.
