§ 15.48.160. Adjustments—Preparation of ledgers.

Water accounts and sewerage accounts may be adjusted by the department or changed in accordance with the rules and regulations contained in this article before or after the water and sewerage ledgers or accounts receivable have been prepared; provided, that such adjustments or changes shall be made with a correction voucher signed by the proper official or officials of the department.
