§ 15.60.140. Holding tank and hauled waste—Permit required.

No person shall discharge any other holding tank waste into the POTW unless he shall have applied for and have been issued a permit by the director. Unless otherwise allowed under the terms and conditions of the permit, a separate permit must be secured for each separate discharge. The permit shall state the specific location of discharge, the time of day the discharge is to occur and the volume of the discharge, and shall limit the wastewater constituents and characteristics of the discharge. Such user shall pay any applicable charges or fees therefore and shall comply with the conditions of the permit issued by the director. Provided, however, no permit will be required to discharge domestic waste from a recreational vehicle holding tank provided such discharge is made into an approved facility designed to receive such waste.
