§ 15.60.390. Enforcement response manual.

The director shall promulgate an enforcement response manual that establishes the procedures to be followed by the department as it enforces the provisions of this chapter. Upon approval by the hearing authority, the enforcement response manual shall be filed with the metropolitan clerk.
