§ 15.60.460. Violation—Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter including but not limited to the following violations:

A.

Violates an effluent standard or limitation;

B.

Violates the terms or conditions of a wastewater discharge permit;

C.

Fails to complete a filing or reporting requirement;

D.

Fails to perform or properly report any required monitoring;

E.

Violates a final order or determination of the hearing authority or the director; or

F.

Fails to pay any established sewer service charge or industrial cost recovery charge;

shall be assessed a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed the sum of ten thousand dollars per day for each day of violation.
