§ 16.20.260. Fees—Refunds.

A.

Application for a refund of fees paid for any unused electrical permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be made on forms provided by the director of codes administration.

B.

Refunds shall only be made for that portion of a fee exceeding seventy-five dollars. In no case shall any fee be refunded on any unused permit over six months old or when any inspection has been made, regardless of the fees paid.
