§ 16.28.160. Private water system—Approval required.

Where public water supply and sewer services are not available and it would be necessary to install a private water supply or private sewer disposal system, a building permit shall not be issued until such private water supply or private sewer disposal system has been approved by the metropolitan health department and satisfactory evidence of such approval has been submitted to the director of codes administration.
