§ 16.28.180. Applications—Abandonment—Extensions.

An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have been abandoned six months after the date of filing, unless before then a permit shall have been issued; provided, that for cause, one or more extensions of time for periods of not exceeding ninety days each may be allowed by the director of codes administration.
