§ 2.20.010. Department created—Organization and membership.

There is hereby created a department of codes administration, which shall consist of the director of codes administration, and such other officers and employees as may be provided by ordinance or by the rules and regulations of the director of codes administration consistent therewith. The department of codes administration shall be organized into an enforcement section and an administrative staff section and any other divisions, sections or units as may be provided by ordinance or by the rules and regulations of the director consistent therewith.
