§ 2.20.030. Director—Service as secretary of certain boards.

The director of codes administration, or such member of his staff as he may designate shall serve as secretary of each of the boards listed in Section 2.20.020, and as such secretary he shall not have any vote, but shall keep the minutes and perform such other secretarial duties as may be necessary.
