§ 2.24.080. Director of public property administration.

The powers and duties of the director of public property administration shall be those set out in Section 8.112 of the Metropolitan Charter and as may be provided by ordinance consistent with the Metropolitan Charter. The salary attendant to this position shall be as prescribed in the pay plan set up by the civil service commission and approved by the mayor and the metropolitan council.
