§ 2.24.070. Purchasing agent.

The powers, duties and compensation of the purchasing agent shall be those set out in Sections 8.108, 8.109, 8.110 and 8.111 of the Metropolitan Charter and as may be provided by ordinance consistent with the Metropolitan Charter.
