§ 2.56.070. Payment—Accounting and remittance.

The costs imposed by this article shall be collected by and paid to the clerk of the metropolitan court, and such clerk shall account for all such costs in accordance with the rules and regulations of the director of finance of the metropolitan government, and shall remit such costs to the metropolitan treasurer.
