§ 2.156.030. Powers and duties—Statutory authority.

The emergency communications district shall be vested with and exercise such powers as are authorized by the Emergency Communications District Law, Chapter 867, Public Acts 1984 (T.C.A. § 7-86-101 et seq.), as the same is or may be modified from time to time.
