§ 4.16.070. Specifications prepared by architects, engineers and consultants.

The requirements of this chapter regarding the purposes and nonrestrictiveness of specifications shall apply to all specifications, including, but not limited to, those prepared by architects, engineers, designers, draftsmen, and consultants for public contracts.
