§ 4.16.080. Energy efficiency standards and life cycle costs.

To the extent required by state law, the metropolitan government shall adopt and incorporate into its procurements policies, through regulations of the standards board, energy efficiency standards and life cycle costing employed by the state in its procurement policies.
