§ 6.26.070. Suspension or revocation of construction permit.

The director of public works may suspend or revoke any permit issued by the department of public works or take any action he deems necessary, including the stopping of work, should grantee violate the terms of said permit, until said violation has been corrected to said director's satisfaction.
