§ 6.54.090. Fees.

A.
A license fee of three hundred fifty dollars shall be submitted with the application for a license. If the application is denied, one-half of the fee shall be returned.
B.
A permit fee of fifty dollars shall be submitted with the application for a permit. If the application is denied, one-half of the fee shall be returned.
