§ 6.72.165. Hospitality training program—Participation required.

A.

Every newly licensed taxicab driver shall have attended an approved hospitality program prior to receiving a driver's permit.

B.

Every previously licensed taxicab driver shall attend an approved hospitality training course or refresher course prior to applying for or renewal of a driver's permit each year.
