§ 6.76.210. Licensed weigher—Required when—Application for appointment.

A.

Every dealer in coal, coke, brickettes, sand, gravel, scrap iron and other heavy commodities, where there are motortruck scales to be used for weighing the same, shall have a licensed weigher appointed to be employed by such owner or dealer.

B.

Any person desiring appointment as a licensed weigher shall fill out a blank application furnished by the sealer of weights and measures, which shall be approved by him prior to the appointment and qualification.
