§ 6.84.070. Misrepresentation by auctioneer—Penalty.

A.

No auctioneer of personal property shall knowingly or negligently misrepresent the quantity or quality of any article at any auction sale.

B.

Upon conviction of a second offense, the license of such auctioneer shall be revoked and another such license shall not be issued to him within one year.
