§ 6.84.090. Exceptions to chapter requirements.

The provisions of this chapter shall not extend to judicial sales, sales under executions, executor or administrators' sales, sales under the terms of a mortgage or deed of trust, sales by public officers in the performance of their official duties or to any auction held for a charitable or benevolent purpose.
