§ 15.04.385. Twenty-four-hour, flow proportional composite sample.

"Twenty-four-hour, flow proportional composite sample" means a sample consisting of several effluent portions collected during a twenty-four-hour period in which the portions of sample are proportionate to the flow and combined to form a representative sample.
