§ 2.24.120. Consolidation of functions.

The information systems director shall devise a plan for consolidating the data processing functions and operations of the metropolitan government as economically as is feasible. Said plan shall include means and methods for preventing the unauthorized disclosure of any material or information which is not a matter of public record under the laws of Tennessee and/or which may otherwise be confidential by law.
