§ 2.44.160. Duties of personnel.

Duties of the school crossing guard division shall be established by the officer appointed as director of the division, subject to the approval of the chief of police. Such duties shall be consistent with the rules and regulations of the civil service commission, as adopted by the commission on August 18, 1964, or any amendments made thereto, and the rules and regulations of the metropolitan police department. Current duties, rules and regulations applicable to the school crossing guard division shall be filed with the metropolitan clerk's office as a public record.
